We can transport samples that require temperature control such as general clinical testing samples or clinical trial samples. For routine deliveries we cross check the original request form against the samples at the time of sample collection.

We provide pick up and delivery/collection services of investigational products(IP) according to client specified times. We also provide the option of using either SAROUTE SOPs or client provided SOPs.

When starting a new delivery service, our staff, who have been trained in technical knowledge, go to medical institutions, in person, to perform a medical training program for customers.

We can provide any service related to transportation. We can also coordinate transportation services such as the drafting of operation manuals, call-center services for customers, and services after the completion of delivery.
