SAROUTE protects our customer’s personal information according to the Protection of Personal Information Act (Japan) and other relevant legislation. SAROUTE complies with any and all related laws and regulations.

We strive to ensure that any and all personal and confidential information is controlled correctly and is secure at all times. To this end we have an in-house management system, an education program for all employees, and take all appropriate measures in order to protect against access by unauthorized persons, and to protect against any loss, damage, leaks or alteration of any personal or confidential information.
